Colliers International has appointed Richard Nicholas to lead its Investment Property Management Team in Bristol.
An experienced property management specialist with over 25 years’ experience, he takes the helm of the IPM team following a period of growth.
Tim Davies, head of the Bristol office of Colliers International, said: “The appointment of such an experienced professional as Richard Nicholas is further evidence of our expanding property management business, and our commitment to providing the best possible service to our ever-increasing client base.
Mr Nicholas, who joins as an associate director, secured and serviced the management of a number of high-profile, multi-let office buildings during his time with JLL in Cardiff.
He said: “This is a great opportunity for me to join an established and growing property management team at Colliers and to use my experience in the South West and Wales region to help the team continue to deliver excellent client service.”
