Douglas Bonham is to join Colliers International as a director in its Birmingham-based office agency team.
Mr Bonham, an associate partner at KWB, where he has worked for six years, will join Colliers International in October 2011.
He will work alongside Colliers International’s Birmingham head of office agency, Craig Satchwell, heading up out-of-town offices, covering the East and West Midlands. Mr Satchwell will continue to focus on the city centre market.

“His appointment will enable us to focus more attention on the out-of-town office market across the Midlands, while continuing to consolidate our position as one of the leading office agencies in Birmingham’s central office core.
“With around 22m sq ft of office space, the out-of-town market represents a signifcant opportunity for Colliers International. Working with Doug and the rest of the team the aim is to capitalise on the available opportunities and to increase Colliers International’s market share across the region.”
