UBC appoints Alder King to market space at Cirencester Office Park

Property consultants Alder King have been appointed by UBC to market three second floor office suites at its Cirencester Office Park facility. The appointment follows Alder King’s earlier involvement with Cirencester’s premier business park and the recent letting of nearly 12,000 sq ft of accommodation to Sodra (formerly Crown Timber) and specialist IT company Trust Systems.

UBC operates high quality serviced offices on the ground and first floors of Unit 9, a prominent 15,000 sq ft office building. The second floor provides larger suites which are now available to let on a conventional basis.

Suite B provides 866 sq ft, Suite D offers 1,948 sq ft and Suite E comprises 892 sq ft. Each is predominantly open plan with some high quality glazed partitioning and all offer enjoyable views.

James Gregory, partner at Alder King, said: “Cirencester Office Park provides the best quality accommodation in the town and these suites are unique in that they can be occupied by way of a new standard lease arrangement or tenants can take advantage of the added services that are available from the serviced office set up.

For example, extra meeting rooms can be made available and the reception area is fully manned during business hours. In addition an on-site building manager can assist with those all-important IT issues that may arise. The premises also benefit from High Speed Internet provision.”
