Customer Care Limited have taken a new 3 year lease at a rental in the region of £30,000 per annum.
The retail unit was previously occupied by Seasons and Trends.
Paul Nolan from Nolan Redshaw who acted as sole agents for the property states:
“This letting is an indication that town centre retailing is still an attractive proposition in Bury. The premises were only on the market for two months.”
