Specialist property consultancy, Grant Fieldhouse, is set to become the new tenant of an office at York Place in Leeds city centre.
Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Leeds-based property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall let the 900 sq ft, ground floor office on a five-year lease.
