Landchard House proving a popular Black Country choice

Apprenticeship, training and education provider Succeed has taken part of the first floor at Landchard House, West Bromwich, in a deal put together by agents Bond Wolfe.

The firm has agreed a five year lease on 2,173 sq ft of space.

A prominent town centre location, there is now just one suite remaining in the Victoria Street building.

Bond Wolfe managing partner James Mattin said: “Succeed is opening an office and training centre in the Black Country enabling them to reach a wider audience and offer their learning courses to even more people.

“Landchard House continues to be a very popular location as this latest deal testifies.”

Other occupiers include Sandwell Women’s Aid, APM and Fields Accountants.
