Malcolm Hollis promotes building surveyor

Independent commercial building surveying firm Malcolm Hollis LLP has promoted Daniel Leaf to the position of senior chartered building surveyor at its Leeds office.

Daniel is experienced in a range of traditional building surveying activities including the procurement and delivery of construction projects for owners and occupiers within the commercial office and industrial sectors.

His areas of work include dilapidations, due diligence surveys, pre-lease surveys, contract administration, schedules of condition, and many others. He is now responsible for managing a broad range of instructions from local clients to national ones. Clients Daniel works with include McDonald’s restaurants and Telereal Trillium.
