New appointments made by TFT in Edinburgh and London

Alasdair Balfour, TFT Edinburgh

Tuffin Ferraby Taylor (“TFT”), independent property and construction consultancy, has announced further growth in its teams in Edinburgh and London.

Alasdair Balfour joins TFT Edinburgh as Senior Building Surveyor supporting clients across Scotland. He joins from AECOM and, prior to that, was at F3 Building Surveyors. Alasdair is a Chartered Building Surveyor with in excess of 10 years’ experience at prestigious firms. He is also a member of the RICS Scotland Building Surveying Professional Group where he recently sat on a steering group led by the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland that has produced an online resource for building fabric repairs and maintenance

Helena Bradford joins TFT’s leading Sustainability, Energy and Wellbeing team in London as a Senior Sustainability and Energy Consultant. She joins from Ramboll where she was a Principal Engineer. Helena is a French national graduating from École nationale supérieure d’ingénieurs de Poitiers where she gained her masters in lighting, acoustics and thermal studies in 2007. Helena is a CIBSE Chartered Engineer and also an accredited level 5 EPC and NDEA assessor.

Dimitriy Williamson joins TFT London as a Senior Associate Monitoring Surveyor. Formerly a Senior Consultant at Currie & Brown, Dimitriy has a wide-ranging background in project monitoring with experience across residential and commercial sectors. Fluent in four European languages, Dimitriy will be driving development of our monitoring services with UK as well as European investors.
