Refurbishment programme paying off at Eldonwall in central Bristol

A recently-refurbished industrial unit at Eldonwall Trading Estate in St Philips, central Bristol has been let to The Tile and Bathroom Warehouse.

The company has taken a new lease on the 5,322 sq ft Unit 6 at Eldonwall Trading Estate.

Property adviser Knight Frank was recently appointed to market the Trading Estate, which comprises industrial, distribution and trade units off Whitby Road in the established industrial area of St Philips.
