Saracen oversees key European move for Samsung

Leading workplace consultant, Saracen Interiors has started work at the new UK address for Samsung Bioepis at Profile West in Brentford. A key move for Samsung Bioepis as it is the first time that the company  will have a European presence, the biopharmaceutical expert will share the  8000 sq ft space with Samsung C&T.

The engineering and construction group already holds offices in Brentford however Samsung C&T is preparing to move to the premises at the prestigious Profile West when all fit out work has been completed. Work is expected to last for up to six weeks and Saracen’s office move division, Saracen Move Management will also oversee the logistics of the move process.

Saracen has provided space planning and design services for previous tenants of Profile West and has a good knowledge of the building and its facilities.

The project to prepare the office for the move includes the removal of old furniture; the installation of solid and glass partitioning to create meeting rooms, including manifestations; the fit of new flooring and LED lighting panels throughout; power and data changes, including additional floor boxes; and the design and fit out of a client facing reception area.

Director of Saracen Interiors, Michael Page is delighted to add such a significant brand name to the client roster: “The team is working hard to develop new relationships and the business has enjoyed a period of substantial growth in recent years as the scope of our offering and geographic reach has extended. The fact that we are now attracting brands from the Samsung stable is testament to our position as a recognised name in office fit out and workplace consultancy.

“It’s great to play a role in establishing a physical European presence for these two companies. We look forward to a smooth handover and hope that this is the start of an ongoing association with this renowned brand.”
