Rapleys has recently completed the sale of a site on Sigford Road, Marsh Barton Exeter to Snows Motor Group. The site is located fronting Bad Homburg Way – the main route through the area which has become a prime car showroom location in Exeter.
The plot of land is located between Volvo and Jaguar dealerships and demonstrates Snows’ commitment to the Exeter area.
Snows Motor Group Chairman Stephen Snow commented “We are delighted to have secured this prime retail site which will allow the Snows Group to continue expanding in Exeter. We are actively seeking a low volume prestige manufacturer with a view to building a purpose built dealership facility in the near future.”
