Two new appointments for C&W in Leeds

Cushman & Wakefield has made two new appointments to its Asset Services team based in Leeds.

Joe Brinton joins as Property Manager whilst Elizabeth Millard joins as Assistant Surveyor.

They join the 12 strong Asset Services team in Leeds which has recently secured a number of new mandates, from both institutional investors and local property company clients.

Joe joins Cushman & Wakefield from Carter Towler in Leeds where he spent the past two and half years predominantly as a Property Manager but also has experience in Agency and Valuation.

Elizabeth began her career with East Riding of Yorkshire Council undertaking estate management and professional work. More recently worked she worked at St Ledger Homes in Doncaster providing valuation advice in respect of assets owned by Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council.
