Thorncliffe Business Park has recently acquired four new tenants. Unit 26 comprising 2,874 sq ft has been let to Bardon Environmental on a 6 year lease term. In addition, Unit 19 comprising 44,932 sq ft has been let to Shepley Engineers Ltd on a 10 year lease term, while Unit 6 comprising 5,718 sq ft has been let to Needham Coding Ltd on a 5 year lease term. The fourth letting, Unit 10, comprising 1,615 sq ft is let to GP Fume Extraction Limited on a 5 year term.
