The industrial team at property advisor JLL has let two units at Premier Park industrial estate in Trafford Park, Manchester, on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust.

Marketing and design agency, Creation 360, has taken a 10-year lease on a 7,663 sq ft unit on the estate at £6.95 psf, relocating to the Trafford Park estate from Altrincham, Greater Manchester.

Meanwhile, Cable Glands UK is expanding its presence on Premier Park where it already occupies unit 17, a 4,700 sq ft unit. The cable manufacturer has taken a new co-terminus lease of an additional 4,724 sq ft located adjacent to their current unit.

The lettings leave a 15,000 sq ft unit under offer and just one 11,145 sq ft unit available on the market at the nine-acre development, which comprises 20 units. Current occupiers at Premier Park include The Fragrance Shop, BBC, Whirlpool and Brew Tea Company.

Richard Johnson, director at JLL, said: “Premier Park is currently best-in-class among secure, modern, multi-let estates on Trafford Park and indeed Greater Manchester. We have seen strong demand in the high quality estate and its position is helped as a result of very little competing space of its calibre on the market.  With one unit under offer and the other receiving strong interest, we are hopeful Premier Park will be fully let over the next few months.”

JLL and B8RE are the retained joint agents for Premier Park.
