Oli McBride and Tom Dickson, Lambert Smith Hampton

Leading national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of two surveyors.

Chartered building surveyor Tom Dickson will be based in LSH’s Bristol office, where he will be working closely with Head of Building Consultancy Simon Redgers to further develop the division’s presence in the South West region.

Tom joins LSH from Currie & Brown, where he managed the delivery of major capital maintenance works for clients including Wiltshire and Gloucester Councils, as well as overseeing large-scale refurbishment projects for the University of the West of England.

Also joining the Building Consultancy team in Bristol is graduate surveyor Oli McBride, who previously worked for Bruton Knowles.

Oli brings general building surveying, project monitoring and contract administration experience to the role and has worked with clients including Thames Water, The Forthampton Trust and Close Brothers Group PLC.

Commenting, Simon Redgers said: “We are delighted to welcome Tom and Oli to our growing team.  Their expertise will be invaluable as we continue to enhance client service levels, develop relationships and explore new areas of opportunity across the South West.”
