The Cardiff office DTZ, part of UGL Services, a division of UGL Limited (ASX: UGL), has successfully let office accommodation in Llanishen, Cardiff to Smith Shipway.
The company has taken first floor accommodation on 36 Station Road in Llanishen on a five year lease. DTZ acted on behalf of the landlord, Raj Aggarwal Ltd.
Smith Shipway was established in 2006 and provides construction project management and quantity surveying services. It relocated from Deryn Court in Pentwyn. Bennetts of High Street, Wrington, Bristol acted on behalf of Smith Shipway.
