Leading Midlands’s commercial developer, Trebor Developments, in conjunction with funding partner Aviva Investors Pensions Limited, have launched the availability of their completed high quality, 94,500 sq ft new manufacturing industrial premises at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub, next to the A38 Aston Express Way.

To launch the building, over 40 midlands industrial agents attended an open morning at the building to inspect the quality and discuss occupier requirements.  Construction completion took place in February and “Apollo” is now available for immediate letting/occupation.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of Trebor/Aviva commented: “The Apollo building is excellently located close to Birmingham City Centre, with access onto motorway network via the A38 Aston Express Way.

It is one of very few quality new build buildings of its size available across the whole of the West Midlands and with its availability for immediate occupation, we have seen considerable interest from a range of occupiers.  The Advanced Manufacturing Hub location is now a well-established, prominent, development area in Birmingham and we have welcomed the opportunity to work with the City of Birmingham and Homes and Communities Agency in bringing forward this excellent building”.

Ben Lomax, Asset Manager at Aviva Investors commented: “We are delighted to be bringing this building to the market at such an exciting time, whilst promoting skills and jobs opportunities at the Advanced Manufacturing Hub”.

The development is being marketed by joint agents, Savills Birmingham Office (Charlie Spicer) and Cushman and Wakefield Birmingham office (David Binks).
