The Bristol office of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), the national commercial property consultancy, has appointed a new surveyor to its expanding valuation division.
Roseanne Falconer, an RICS registered valuer, will be focusing on development appraisals and investment property for secured lending purposes in her new role, within Bristol and the wider region and working alongside key members of LSH’s valuation division.
Roseanne joins LSH from Cushman & Wakefield in London, where she worked primarily as a valuation surveyor producing valuation reports for banks and specialist lenders for development appraisals and secured lending purposes. She also worked in the company’s national ratings team.
