FranklinCovey expand their UK team along the M40

FranklinCovey have relocated to Blenheim Court in Banbury occupying the ground floor suite of one of North Oxfordshires best quality office buildings. The company together with the building’s owner Threadneedle Property Investments Ltd have transformed the ground floor office suite enabling their business to expand.

The ‘Landmark Building’ built in 1990, comprises circa 30,000 sq ft of offices – current tenants already include Hodder Education, OCS Group Ltd and WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme). Blenheim Court is situated in the Town Centre, close to the London to Birmingham Chiltern Railway Station and with excellent access to the M40 and the rest of the National Motorway Network.

Co-founded by the late Dr Stephen R Covey (from Utah, United States), FranklinCovey are internationally recognised as the specialists in Business Performance Improvement in leadership, execution, productivity, trust, sales performance, customer loyalty and education and help organisations and individuals achieve results that require a change in human behaviour.

Curtis Bateman, Managing Director, states “FranklinCovey principles are timeless and universal, and are the foundation for lasting effectiveness. Our office design reflects this and certainly acknowledges our strong roots with the late Dr Stephen Covey. Previously based in this area for 15 years, we didn’t want to increase travel distance for any of our employees. Now in walking distance of the train station, my team are now within easy traveling distance to reach our clients around the UK and Ireland.”

White Commercial Surveyors & joint agent Savills are currently marketing the last three available Grade A office suites at Blenheim Court, all having been fully refurbished and ranging in size from 3,410 sq ft to 12,562 sq ft.
