CRT Property Investments Ltd and its asset manager Blue Marble Asset Management (Blue Marble) have appointed Cramlington-based MJM Commercial Property Consultants as a new agent to market a 37,000 sq ft industrial unit in North Tyneside.

MJM Commercial becomes joint agent with Newcastle’s HTA Real Estate for the last available unit of its size north of the Tyne.

Unit 1, New York Way, North Shields, is a 37,700 sq ft detached, stand alone, high quality, modern industrial warehouse unit with two storey offices, a secure fenced yard and 42 car parking spaces. It is located in a thriving commercial area close to Silverlink Retail Park and Cobalt Park and adjacent to the A19 which gives excellent road access north and south.

“There are no other modern industrial units of this size or high specification immediately available to the north of the River, which means it will be highly sought after,” says Matt McIntosh of MJM Commercial.

Birmingham-based real estate asset management company Blue Marble manages the 37,000 sq ft industrial unit on behalf of CRT Property Investments Ltd which acquired the unit with the assistance of Blue Marble in December 2014.
