Acting on behalf of English Cities Fund (ECf), the Office Agency team at CBRE, Liverpool has secured a 10-year lease to Gas Tag for a 2,853 sq ft office suite on the sixth floor at No. 4 St Paul’s Square in Liverpool City Centre at £20 per sq ft.
No. 4 St Paul’s Square is an eight-storey, 107,134 sq ft, Grade A office building located in the prestigious St Paul’s Square, which is regarded as the most significant commercial, office-led development in Liverpool City Centre within the last decade and the focal point of Liverpool’s Commercial Business District.
No. 4 St Paul’s Square is the city centre’s first speculatively developed BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office building and the third and final phase of the 1.5 million sq ft office-led development centred around Pall Mall.
St Paul’s Square benefits from excellent transport links, with direct access to the M62, M57, and M53 motorways, which lead to the national motorway network. Just 10 minutes’ walk or drive from Liverpool Lime Street Station, the building also enjoys unrivalled rail links with mainline service connections to all major UK towns and cities.

Gas Tag has relocated from the Tempest Building on Tithebarn Street, Liverpool.
