BNP Paribas Real Estate announces the appointment of Richard Malle as Global Head of Research.
Relying on all of the Research teams located in Europe, Richard will be in charge of coordinating and developing market analyses at the international level to support the clients of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s various business lines in their real estate decisions.
The Research teams include more than 50 people covering all of Europe.
Richard Malle, 35, joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2007. In 2010, he became Director of the France Research department, consisting of around 15 people. He is also an associate university professor at CNAM and teaches real estate economics at ICH Paris. He holds a PhD in management sciences from Paris Dauphine University, a master’s degree in economic analysis and a master’s degree in applied mathematics. He is a member of the RICS.
