2017 starts with full occupancy at Derby Trading Estate

FHP Property Consultants got the year off to a flying start with completion of the lease of Unit 2 Derby Trading Estate on the first working day of 2017.

Following a short marketing period, terms were agreed in December with VISOOR Limited for a new lease of this modern industrial unit. The building extends to some 2,500 sq ft, and comprises of warehouse space with office and loading facilities. Derby Trading Estate, owned by Northern Trust Company Ltd occupies a prominent well located position between Sir Frank Whittle Road (A61) and Stores Road on the north side of Derby City Centre, providing good access around the City and to trunk connections beyond.

The letting to VISOOR marks a major step in their expansion. VISOOR are an event production and management company with an eclectic mix of industry professionals with over 15 years’ experience in delivering world class events.

FHP Property Consultants, along with Whittle Jones Midlands and Innes England, act as joint lettings agents on behalf of Northern Trust.
