Two new shareholders at Sanderson Weatherall

Commercial property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has appointed two new shareholding partners.

Ian Vivian and Paul Moody, both based in the firm’s London office, have become shareholders of the independently owned property firm, bringing its total number of shareholders to 26.

Ian Vivian, head of valuation at Sanderson Weatherall London, joined the firm two years ago, having previously worked as a Senior Executive within the Real Estate Valuation team at Ernst & Young. Ian specialises in property valuations, predominantly for loan security purposes, on commercial and residential properties in London and the South East.

Paul Moody, head of retail agency at Sanderson Weatherall London, joined the firm four years ago, having previously worked as head of retail agency at Colliers International. Paul provides leasing and acquisition advice to high profile retail occupiers and landlords in London and the South East.

Commenting on the appointments, Martin Archer, Finance Director at Sanderson Weatherall said, “I am delighted to welcome both Ian and Paul on board as shareholders in the firm. Sanderson Weatherall employs over 200 staff and has a turnover of £15m. The firm of Chartered Surveyors, property consultants and business asset advisors has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Teesside and York.
