Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon Office have let the last remaining industrial building on the Hardwick Industrial Estate in Great Gransden, comprising around 5,000 sq ft, to a local drainage firm.
Matthew Hunt who handled the letting commented “we are pleased to assist a local firm continue their expansion into Great Gransden. We have acted for the estate owners for many years and it is encouraging to see all the units now occupied”.
