Nolan Redshaw have completed the sale of Ashworth House on behalf of our client, property company Telereal Trillium. The 31,417 sq ft office building in Burnley Town Centre which was previously occupied by Endsleigh Insurance has been sold to Mandale Group.
Jonathan Pickles, Agency Surveyor at Nolan Redshaw said, ‘this is a major freehold disposal within the town, the building has been occupied for the last 25 years by Endsleigh Insurance and we are pleased to agree the sale to Mandale Group’.
Richard Harriman at Mandale Group said, ‘it was a pleasure dealing with Nolan Redshaw and we are hugely excited to have acquired the building. We plan to fully renovate the premises and develop high end apartments throughout, which we have already started work on.
This transaction follows ‘hot on the heels’ of two other major office disposals in the last few years in East Lancashire by Nolan Redshaw. Innovation House at 42,308 sq ft and Communications House at 18,658 sq ft at Shuttleworth Road both were disposed of on behalf of a major financial instiution.
