Having attracted significant interest, the properties which included the Victoria Park Service Station on Romilly Road West, the former Windway Garage and Just MOT’s service station on Cowbridge Road East, have all now completed.
Marketed by Lisa Roberts of Bruton Knowles the deals highlight an appetite for business/investment opportunities in the Welsh capital with the Romilly Road service station and Just MOT’s continuing as garages while the Cowbridge Road site is currently let to the Royal Mail.
