New Year, new team as Fisher German plans another year of growth

The Fisher German team

Leading property consultancy Fisher German is kicking-off the New Year with new offices and a newly expanded senior team, as the business reports that it has already surpassed its 10% growth target for 2016-17.

Following the integration of the Halls (Midlands) LLP team, the business will be moving its Blackpole office to new premises in Kings Court, Charles Hasting Way, Worcester, reaffirming the business’s core roots in Worcestershire and the Black Country.

2017 will now see Fisher German – who is known primarily for its rural, infrastructure and residential services – consolidating these important areas of the business, whilst focusing on key strategic growth opportunities in its newly bolstered commercial sector.

Andrew Bridge, Chief Operating Officer at Fisher German, says: “We experienced another year of significant growth in the region during 2016, having been successful in achieving a number of new business instructions, including the structured disposal of Hereford County Council’s smallholding estate, whilst retaining a number of significant infrastructure contracts.

“With this continued period of growth, we have welcomed close to 80 new employees to the business in the last 12 months, including six new partners joining us through the Halls (Midlands) LLP consolidation, along with 17 new graduates and student apprentices. We have also created a new business development manager position to support both strategic opportunities and overall business growth.

“2017 is already shaping up to be another exciting year for the business, with increased diversity in both our corporate and private sector base, as well as the range of services and expertise we offer – strengthening our focus on clients requirements, increasing resource resilience, broadening our offer and allowing us to service all sectors.”

Over the last year Fisher German has moved over 230 employees across four offices to larger premises, including the new purpose-built facility in Ashby de la Zouch, along with new premises in Bedford and Hungerford, to cater for the growing business’s requirements.

Fisher German has been offering professional services and support in all aspects of land and property management for over 180 years, across 16 UK offices. The business is split across six key specialist sectors; commercial, development, residential, sustainable energy, rural and utilities & infrastructure.
