Chris Yates, Senior Surveyor in Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial & Logistics team comments:  “Unit 3 Ynyshir Industrial Estate provides a detached good quality warehouse premises together with ancillary office accommodation and separate loading/parking areas, all set within a secure, prominent roadside site. We received a good degree of interest during our marketing campaign, owing to both the well-presented nature of the premises, but also the beneficial road links to both the A470 and M4 motorway beyond. It was very pleasing to have secured the interest of Abbey Glass UK, an indigenous and well established South Wales manufacturer with a robust trading history. The new premises they have now secured will provide them with the necessary platform from which to expand their business further.”
