A former newsagent premises in an established Worcester shopping area could be used for a range of business uses, according to Halls Commercial.

59-61 St Johns, Worcester, is situated in the heart of the neighbourhood shopping centre of St Johns with ample parking outside.

The premises, which measures a total of 1,691 sq ft, comprises a ground floor sales area (1,416 sq ft) with prominent double display frontage and ancillary accommodation (275 sq ft) at the rear.
