A Bristol based business is gearing up for further growth after acquiring new offices to accommodate its recently expanded team.

Waste brokerage firm Waste Source will still be based at the Tobacco factory but have moved to a larger office space – a 1060 sq ft converted penthouse flat – after outgrowing their old one.

Waste Source was born in 2010 to make waste management simpler, cheaper and more efficient for businesses of any size. Its founders are Chris Holland and Jon Free.

The business counts companies such as Turtle Bay, Boston Tea Party and Oak Furniture Land as clients and manages their waste requirements in an ethical and transparent way

Waste Source’s ongoing commitment to delivering a service focused entirely on its clients and a genuine concern for the impact businesses can have on the environment has seen them achieve phenomenal growth in 2016.

The company achieved record turnover in its financial year end in November, and recently made a trio of appointments to bring its total staff count to 10.

Jon Free, Director at Waste Source, hopes to expand the team further in the coming months and years as the company continues its impressive upward trajectory, with plans to become an Investors in People accredited employer in the future.

Commenting on the office move, Jon said: “This is the next quantum leap for us on our journey to become the UK’s number one waste brokerage firm in our specialist sectors – hospitality, retail and construction.

“A passionate team who genuinely care about delivering a quality service to the client forms the cornerstone of the business and it is this ethos that continues to drive us forward.”
