Property consultancy JLL has announced nine promotions, six at national and regional director level, in its Bristol office following a period of significant growth for the business in the region.

Kevin Hunt, who runs the South and Wales planning teams, and Jo Edwards, who leads the property and asset management teams in the region, have been promoted to national director level.  Philip Schmid, in healthcare, Barnaby Dodwell and Elfyn Haycock, in project management, and Hannah Waterhouse, in office agency, have all been promoted to local directors.

In addition, Alastair Kimpton and Ben Ponting are now associate directors and Susan Green has become an assistant surveyor.

The promotions come at a time when JLL is gearing up to move to new offices on Great George Street, which is due to happen in January.

Jeremy Richards, JLL’s head of office in Bristol, said: “Congratulations to my colleagues on their promotions. It’s great to see them grow and progress within the business and be rewarded for excellent service to our clients.

“Demand for our services in Bristol is on the rise. These promotions demonstrate the strength of our team here and reflect our high standards of integrity, efficiency and professionalism.”

JLL’s Bristol office has 125 members of staff, advising on all aspects of commercial property including offices, industrial space, retail, planning, property management, building consultancy, project management and valuation.
