Acting on behalf of a Devon-based investment company, Stratton Creber Commercial have let a 6,000 square foot office building at Exeter’s Pynes Hill Business Park.
Rydon House is a detached 1990’s office building with private car park, where neighbouring properties are occupied by Marketing Source, Mendip Media Group and Horizon Care. The building has been let to Arcadis Consulting in a move which consolidates their current offices at Pynes Hill and Sowton. The quoting rent was £75,000 per annum.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial comments: “with a further 6,000 square feet of office space having been taken up, this further exacerbates the current shortage of office space on Exeter’s business parks, which is such a far cry from the situation of 5 years ago, when available office space was virtually double current levels.”
Stratton Creber Commercial are now instructed to market Arcadis’s current premises at Kew Court on Pynes Hill, comprising 4,040 square feet of offices plus storage.
