Cushman & Wakefield expands EMEA Sustainability team

Cushman & Wakefield has recruited Julia Butterworth to its Energy, Infrastructure and Sustainability team.

Julia joins as a Senior Consultant and will be responsible for further developing Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio of energy and sustainability projects for occupier clients whilst also working on existing clients such as DTZ Investors, New River & TH Real Estate. She will report to Alan Somerville, Head of Strategic Energy and Sustainability for EMEA and will be based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Old Broad Street office in the City of London.

Julia was previously a Senior Sustainability Consultant at CBRE where she developed and coordinated a wide range of strategic consulting assignments for both occupiers and investor clients across EMEA.

Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Energy, Infrastructure & Sustainability team advises many of the world’s largest investors and occupiers, delivering comprehensive services to clients in the UK, mainland Europe & Scandinavia. Currently the team advises over 25 investment funds covering the energy performance buildings valued in excess of £20bn. For occupier clients the team is advising on the procurement of over £50m of energy.
