Leading Midlands commercial developer, Trebor Developments, working with funding partner, Rockspring Property Investment Managers LLP (“Rockspring”), held an agents’ launch on Thursday 3rd November 2016, for Triton, their 115,185 sq ft speculative industrial development in Stafford, that will be ready for occupation by Christmas 2016.

The event was attended by over 30 commercial agents. Strong interest has already been shown in the building by a range of potential occupiers, on both a leasehold and freehold basis.

Redhill Business Park is set to become Staffordshire’s premier employment location with Alstom having committed to two buildings totalling circa 350,000 sq ft.  The location of Redhill Business Park, within one mile of Junction 14 of the M6, accessed by dual carriageway, makes it an ideal manufacturing and distribution location.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor Developments, on behalf of the Partners, commented; ”The building is looking fantastic and potential occupiers can now see the true scale and prominence of the location of the building.  We are pleased with the number of enquiries we have received to date for the potential purchase or letting of the premises.  Triton is the only new build industrial accommodation its size that will be available for occupation in 2017 along the M6 from the north of Birmingham to Staffordshire and can meet a wide range of occupier requirements.”

Trebor and Rockspring are represented by joint agents, Avison Young and Jones Lang LaSalle.
