Julian Evans, Head of Healthcare at Knight Frank has been appointed as Head of Hotels and Healthcare.
Evans has been a prominent figure in the real estate industry since 1994 and has acted for corporate and private operators, banks, institutions and funds in the valuation, acquisition and disposal of trading businesses throughout the UK and Europe, specialising in healthcare consultancy since 2000. He has worked at Knight Frank since 2004 and annually advises on approximately £8 billion of property transactions.
