New deal signed with retail support company at Technology Park

A new lease has been signed by Retail Support Services Ltd – who have taken office space within three units on the ground floor at Gloucester House, Anson Court, Staffordshire Technology Park.

A 12 month lease has been signed on 2600 sqft of office space at the Technology Park. They are new tenants to the Anson Court and we wish them well in new offices at the Technology Park.

The Technology Park is located just on the edge of Stafford with quick links to the M6 via the Eastern Bypass and also the Stafford Train Station hourly West Coast Mainline Services to London.

High profile clients who have been on the Anson Court site for a number of years include IT companies, HR companies, Project management contractors, Engineering companies amongst other professional service providers.

Eisenmann Uk Ltd – are one of the top three car exhaust manufacturers in the world in terms of quality of physical and sound engineering. Blackroc Holdings Ltd offer services in mobile computing and associated technologies.

Human resource services on the site include Social Work Choices Ltd and Temps Now Stafford Ltd.

Shearwater Rock Ltd offer project management services in industrial and property sectors. Croft Architecture Ltd offer design services to the construction industry and Link Stud PSR Ltd provide cost-effective reinforcement / concrete structures.

Lemon Jelly Marketing Ltd are the other most recent clients to join the business park – they took a lease on two units at Pearl House back in August 2011.

The Park also hosts a number of regional offices for charity and voluntary sectors including Barnado’s and the Royal Mencap Society.

The site hosts a café and community services facility for the Sandon Road Baptist Church. Jeremy Lefroy Stafford’s serving MP has his constituency offices at Anson Court too.
