Trio of Deals at Vantage Office Park, Bristol

Summerfield Developments and their agents Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and JLL have scored a notable triple at Vantage Office Park with lettings to Oasis Healthcare, The Salvation Army Trustee Co and Rock Solid Knowledge.

Vantage Office Park, an established and popular office location, is situated in North Bristol, approximately 2 miles from junction 1 of the M32 motorway and close to Bristol Parkway.

Oasis Healthcare are already tenants in the park and required further space to accommodate their rapidly expanding IT team, who are moving into the first floor of Vantage C1 which provides 2,009 sq ft.  The healthcare company has taken a lease expiring September 2018.

The well-known Christian church and charity, The Salvation Army are moving their administrative team into the ground floor of Vantage B1 and have acquired a new 5 year lease for the 1,497 sq ft suite.

Rock Solid Knowledge, a software development company that established in 2009, have moved from service offices to enable further expansion and to provide them with their own autonomy, have acquired a 5 year lease of the second floor suite in Vantage C2. The office provides 2,007 sq ft.

All of the lettings reflect a rental of £16.00 per sq ft.
