Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated a six-year lease for the London-based firm at Unit L6 where the quoting leasehold rent had been £11,000 per annum.

Commerce Park is situated in a strategic position in Frome on the Somerset/Wiltshire border, midway between the M4, M5 and A303 corridors.
It is approximately 14 miles south of Bath and 13 miles from the A303 and is situated on the A361 (Frome bypass), approximately two miles south of the A36/A361 junction.
