Goadsby have, on behalf of GP Commercial Investments Ltd, exchanged contracts on Unit 1, Plot 7, Forest Gate Business Park to Positive Lending (UK) Ltd on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease. These two storey detached office premises extend to approximately 4,419 sq ft and are anticipated to be ready for occupation by Spring 2017. There is only one available office remaining in this phase and which extends to approximately 7,500 sq ft.
