Pintail Business Park, 165 Christchurch Road, Ringwood

Goadsby, on behalf of a private client, have let Unit 3 Pintail Business Park, 165 Christchurch Road, Ringwood to Aylward Engineering & Pneumatics Ltd on a new 9 year full repairing and insuring lease.  The premises extends to approximately 951 sq ft and there is an additional 463 sq ft mezzanine.  This letting marks the first  Goadsby have completed on the estate since selling all of the units off plan earlier in the year.
