The property comprises industrial workshop/warehouse accommodation and offices.  A separate section of the offices are let out and has formed part of the sale.

To the rear of the property there are derelect buildings which provide the new owner with an opportunity for redevelopment in the future.  The buildings total 7,551 Sqft with the additional derelict buildings being approximately 6,500 Sqft.  The purchaser will be occupying the main building for his own business.
