New deal signed at High Green Court

A new lease has recently been signed by Inspire 2 Independence – who have taken office space within High Green Court on the first floor in 3 large units. They offer training services and their Cannock office is one of their Midlands and Northern based training centres.

A four and a half year lease has been signed on their 6522 sqft of office space at the development. The company were already tenants at High Green Court and they have chosen to expand and stay within the High Green site – so we wish them well in their new larger offices.

Their directors clearly state on their website that “Our mission is “to inspire individuals to fulfil their potential” and, over the years, we have worked with thousands of individuals to do just that.”

“i2i’s highly-acclaimed training programmes have won the support of Government, Industry, and top Sporting Bodies, and have been held up as trail-blazing and innovative in their approach to solving long-term barriers to work and skills development. “

“Working with local and regional employers, we lead from the front in delivering Work Programmes and specialist Retail, Customer Service and Team Leading Apprenticeships – plus Offender Services and Recruitment Solutions. Our qualified assessors provide targeted on-site training in Leadership and Management to top National Companies as well as hundreds of small-to-medium enterprises, responding to the demands of a rapidly changing workforce.”

The site they are located on is within Cannock’s Conservation area – located right in the heart of the town centre opposite the towns historic college and ancient Bowlling green . It is a mixed use development with a mix of leisure, retail and office businesses and some residential apartments on first and second floors.

Other multi national leisure and retail clients who have been on the site for a number of years include Dominos Pizza, First Choice Travel, JD Wetherspoons, Barracuda, Dunelm, Dixons Estate agents and Boots Opticians. Local leisure based tenants on the site include Piques wine bar, China Garden, Bar 77 and Padma Lounge.

The other most recent clients to join the development are the Fairy Mop Mother who has taken a lease on Unit 20. The Richmond Fellowship have also recently signed a deal on Unit 16 at High Green Court in February for 3 years. They clearly state on their website that they “are now one of the biggest voluntary sector providers of mental health care in England”.
