Karen Sharpin, Concept Staffing’s divisional manager, said: “The conference plays a key role in motivating everyone at Concept and it drives them forward for the next year. The awards recognise and reward high achievers, and encourage every member of staff to fulfill their potential.

“I am delighted with all this year’s individual winners, all of whom have made strong contributions to the company’s growth and go the extra mile to deliver excellent service. The Newton Abbot branch has done extremely well throughout the year, managing to quadruple the client spread and achieve superb financial results – a very deserved branch winner.”
