Acting on behalf of Eastleigh Borough Council, Goadsby have let Unit 3C Herald Industrial Estate, Herald Road, Hedge End to Temporary Site Management Limited. The 2,011 sq ft industrial unit has been let on a new five year lease.
Amy Baker of Goadsby comments ‘Temporary Site Management are relocating from an office complex just down the road from Herald Industrial Estate. Having identified a need for more storage space and wanting to remain in the Hedge End, this was an ideal move for them.
We are seeing an increased demand for small industrial units and have two other units on the Herald Industrial Estate under offer, we are also marketing Units 2E & 2F Herald which each have an area of approximately 1,997 sq ft. These units have been redecorated throughout and have also just had roof replacements, making them an attractive proposition for companies looking to move their business in the area’.
