DTZ Investors has secured a planning consent for a new 5,000 sq ft A1 unit at Menail Retail Park.
The permission allows the unit to be used for the sale of any non-food retail goods (although it does allow for the sale of ancillary ambient food goods).
Menai Retail Park is currently occupied by Currys-PC World, Carpet Right, TK Maxx and Pets at Home.
The proposed unit is being jointly marketed by McMullen Wilson and Cooke & Arkwright.
