The EDI Group, the Edinburgh focused property development and investment firm, has relocated to new office space in the capital’s historic Old Town.
The firm has leased 3,545 sq ft of newly refurbished office space within 3 Cockburn Street on a five year agreement and were represented by JLL. The building has been significantly refurbished and offers a combination of high quality open plan and cellular accommodation.
EDI, the property development subsidiary of Edinburgh Council, invests in non-active Council land and buildings with the mission of creating inspirational places for workers, residents and visitors.
The company has been based in North St David Street for the last two years having moved out of its old headquarters in a former merchants’ hall in Hunter Square which it restored from a shell. Knight Frank represented owners The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, who also occupy space within the building.
