Retail property consultants MMX Retail have announced that Howard Quigley will join the firm as a Partner in July having developed his career in retail over eleven years at CBRE and Dalgleish & Co.
His appointment comes in the same month that MMX Retail has promoted David Hobbs to salaried Partner. David Hobbs joined the business in 2012 after spending several years working for Woolworths Limited, Australia’s largest retailer and shopping centre developer, in Sydney.
The arrival of Howard and David’s promotion, evidencing a continued commitment to delivering experienced partner-led service to their clients, who include Hermes Investment Management, TH Real Estate, The Crown Estate, M&S, Smiggle, Ann Summers and The Body Shop.
Howard’s appointment is part of a drive to develop the team further in response to new clientele opportunities, with plans for more recruitment potentially later this year.
