RHL buys Building 220 in Bristol Business Park

Property developer Robert Hitchins Ltd has bought Building 220 at Bristol Business Park as part of its continuing investment strategy.

The 10,048 sq ft building, arranged over two floors, has recently been  comprehensively refurbished.

It is let to Babcock International Technology Ltd on a 10-year full repairing and insuring lease. Babcock is a major international provider of systems and full life-cycle engineering support and delivers specialist naval and defence systems engineering, design, supply, integration and through-life support and equipment management.

The 420,000 sq ft Bristol Business Park is one of the city’s premier out-of-town business parks, situated off J1 of the M32, within 2 miles of J19 of the M4 and 4 miles from the city centre.
