Company takes Fordingbridge premises leasehold

A company has bought a long leasehold on an industrial unit at popular Fordingbridge Business Park.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the sale of the park’s Unit 10 to Pro Live Ltd.

The quoting price for the 1,222 sq ft (113.52 sq m) industrial/warehouse unit was £135,000 for the remainder of a 999-year lease.

The property is a mid-terrace industrial/warehouse unit of steel portal frame construction. It is fitted with a mezzanine floor providing additional office space and storage.

There is also a forecourt providing loading and parking with a total of five allocated car parking spaces.

Fordingbridge Business Park is located on the western edge of the town of Fordingbridge, just off the B3078, which connects Fordingbridge to Cranborne to the west.
